Wheat & Mellow Bakery has been baking from scratch in Mong Kok since 2005 — dough kneaded by hand and bread out of the oven every day. Our pineapple buns, egg tarts and chiffon cakes have been a neighbourhood favourite for years. We use local flour and an additive-free recipe.
